Service Description

Ghosh 26 & 2 Yoga is a series of Hatha Yoga postures - 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises suitable for new and advanced practitioners alike. The first part is standing, to build the strength, balance and flexibility. The second part is done lying on the mat and includes spine strengthening. This is Ghosh Linage Yoga, familiar to the Bikram Series. It is extremely beneficial for old injuries, improves posture, tone up and achieve better balance and focus.
